Changes To The Illinois Energy Payment Portal Are Here


We have changed our payment portal to provide you with an easier experience. With the new online portal, you can still do the following:

  • View your balance.
  • Make a one-time payment using your credit/debit card or checking/savings account.
  • Enroll in and manage the Autopay Program.

If you were enrolled in the previous payment portal's Autopay Program, your participation will continue without any action required on your part.

Here’s What to Expect:

  • You can still access the portal by visiting
  • You can access your account using your customer ID or customer account number and mailing zip code.
  • Digital bill images are not currently available, but we are working diligently to provide this service.  Please check for updates.
