Program Terms And Conditions

*You must be a SkyMiles Member and provide your SkyMiles Number to Illinois Energy to participate in this program and earn miles. For monthly gas service, two miles will be awarded for each dollar spent (i) for the Guaranteed Bill amount found on your monthly bill, if your bill is for service on the Guaranteed Bill plan, or (ii) for the Illinois Energy gas service charge and monthly administrative charge (if applicable) found on your monthly bill, but excluding utility-related charges and taxes, for service on all other plans. Miles will not be awarded for charges for other products and services such as warranty service charges, or one-time charges such as late fees. SkyMiles Medallion® Members will be awarded one additional mile for eligible charges. Miles will be posted to your SkyMiles account up to 4 weeks after each monthly bill date, provided you remain in good standing in the SkyMiles program. You must be current on your Illinois Energy account to participate. If you switch to another gas service provided by Illinois Energy or to a plan provided by an affiliate of Illinois Energy offering the SkyMiles program, your participation may continue through Illinois Energy or that affiliate under the applicable company’s program terms and conditions without further enrollment; by participating in the program with Illinois Energy, you consent to the sharing of your account information with that affiliate. Illinois Energy customers in good standing who are on any of Illinois Energy’s published residential or commercial price plans and are also SkyMiles Members are eligible to start earning miles.  In order to maintain eligibility, a participant must receive continuous natural gas service from Illinois Energy. Illinois Energy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the program and/or modify the terms and conditions of the program at any time and without notice to any customer or other party.  Your account must be paid in full to receive miles. If we do not receive payment by the due date, we will hold your earned miles until payment is received.  If your Illinois Energy account is referred to a third-party collections agency due to nonpayment, these miles will be forfeited.
